Terms and Conditions

Artwork All prices are based on customer supplied camera ready artwork. Camera ready artwork is defined as clean black and white (no halftones or shading) artwork on glossy paper or film. Art on disk is acceptable if it is Macintosh formatted 3.5" disk or 100 megabyte Zip disk in EPS or Adobe Illustrator version 7.0. We are not responsible for quality of art unless artwork is camera ready. Artwork that is multi-color must be color seperated into black and white camera ready art. Not all artwork is reproducible. All artwork that is not camera ready or color seperated will be billed at our creation fee rate of $60.00 per hour. Artwork will not be returned. Artwork is kept on file for one year. After this time, new artwork may be required. We own any and all copy, design, layout, photography, artwork, proofs, film, screens, or molds that we produce. Shipping All merchandise is shipped F.O.B location of manufacturer and/or distributor. Customer assumes all responsibility of merchandise once it has left the factory and/or distributor. All merchandise must be inspected by the customer before acceptance from carrier. Any and all claims must be made with the carrier. Neither the distributor or manufacturer is responsible, nor will re-imburse or credit the customer for damage, breakage, or delays due to shipping and recieving. Overruns and Underruns The distributor and manufacturer reserve the right to produce, ship, and bill for quantities that are 5%-15% more or less than the original order. Production Time Production time varies for different products, but averages two to three weeks. Production time does not include processing order, awaiting payment or deposit, proof approval, and shipping Proof Proofs of artwork must be signed by customer before production begins. Initial proof is free, however, changes and new proofs may require additional time and charges. Trademarks, Patents, and Licensed Artwork Customer is solely responsible for all laws and agreements regarding trademarks, patents, licenses, rights of privacy, or simular rights or protections. All copy, design, layout, photography, artwork, or other material submitted by the customer to the distributor must be in full compliance with all laws applying to trademarks, service marks, patents, licenses, rights or privacy, or simular rights or protection. Logos on the products in the catalogs are depicted only to show decorating capabilities. All licensed artwork requires a written release, customer is responsible for all licensed artwork. Terms All customers must pay a deposit of 50% or more at time of order. First time customers must pay in full. Customers are responsible for any additional or adjusted invoices due to change in price, overruns, underruns, shipping, artwork, additional proofs, copy changes, color changes, product substitutions, taxes, and other fees and charges. Credit terms may be extended on net 30 days to approved customers. Customers with outstanding balances must pay in full for subsequent orders. Taxes Virginia residents and businesses must pay Virginia's sales tax. Other state and businesses must pay their respective applicable tax to their state taxation department How to Contact Us >>
